eBooks and digital downloads: 7-day money-back promise

If you buy one of our eBooks and don't find it useful, email us at gharstoreindia@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We'll refund you in full to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. No questions asked.

If your download link doesn't work or the file won't open, email us and we'll send you a working copy straight away.

Physical products: Damaged or not working? We'll replace it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, we'll send you a free replacement.

How to raise a claim:

Email us at gharstoreindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the problem. An unboxing video helps us resolve it fastest.
Once we've verified the issue, we'll ship a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement isn't available, we'll give you a full refund.

What we can't accept

Returns for change of mind once the order has been delivered
Claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery
Damage caused by misuse, drops or incorrect power supply after delivery
Orders refused at delivery without a valid reason

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are made to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled.
